Q-Lana offers a selection of noble yarns and blends with silk, cashmere and linen, hand-dyed with love and in small quantities.
Q-Lana combines colors and materials so that you can dream of the endless possibilities you have for your next project. If you like more rustic threads, you’ll love their non-superwash wool Bluefaced Leicester and MerinoYak. Its most well-known product is “Ungeschminkt” (without makeup), composed of 40% Bio Falkland Merino, 30% Polwarth, 20% Sed. It has been spun in Britain exclusively for Q-Lana. It is a pure delight.
Because of its commitment to caring for animals and the environment, Q-Lana does not work with fibers from countries where mulesing is practiced and avoids the excessive use of water and the use of toxic substances. Their motto: As much as necessary, but as little as possible.
