Mieka John is the designer and teacher behind Salt & Stone Knits. She has taught over 50 virtual classes, traveled to festivals such as Vogue Knitting LIVE! and Fiber Witch Festival to teach in person, and is an instructor for Knit Stars Season 7.
Mieka enjoys breaking down concepts in different ways to help others discover how they can learn knitting techniques with ease. She has a background in business and user experience design and is ready to help you approach concepts and techniques from multiple angles.
From the moment you walk into the classroom, she works to make sure your time there is comfortable, valuable and fun. In addition to acquiring new skills, you will have a great time together with her and the people attending the workshop.

The entrance to one or more workshops includes the entrance during the weekend to Barcelona Knits.
Remember that to access Barcelona Knits you must go to the ticket office to exchange your ticket for a non-transferable wristband.
No type of ticket (for workshops, activities, Saturday, Sunday or weekend) has preferential access to the workshops or exhibition area. The capacity of the WTC Barcelona is limited. There may be queues outdoors, especially on Saturday morning.
